Анотація

Були проведені електроенцефалографічні дослідження (ЕЕГ) співробітників ННЦ «ІСЕ ім. Засл. проф. М. С. Бокаріуса» під час військового стану. Електроенцефалографічні дослідження (ЕЕГ) з використанням апаратно-програмного комплексу «НейроКом» виявили ознаки емоційного вигорання. Виявлено асиметрію активізації півкуль. Війна в Україні змушує людей боятися за своє життя і життя своїх близьких. Багато людей втратили своїх близьких, майно, багатьом довелося залишити свою країну. Усвідомлення небезпеки підвищує емоційну напругу. Втрата роботи, важкі умови праці, втрата друзів та родичів підвищують напругу ще більше. Спосіб реагування на важкі ситуації у житті, тобто сприйнятливість до стресових факторів, залежить від дитячої середи, середи матері ще до народження дитини, індивідуальної схильності, яка обумовлена особливостями нервової системи та спадковістю. Усі ці фактори взамопов’язані між собою. Частіше хронічний стрес виникає, якщо стресові фактори діють у комбінації (наприклад, мала заробітна плата, стихійне лихо та хвороба близької людини). Синдром вигорання – це прогредієнтна, специфічна відповідь на стрес, за якої швидко витрачаються біологічні ресурси людей. Вигорання виникає через тривалу емоційну напругу, незбалансоване навантаження та відсутність достатнього відновлення. Тому воно виникає у людей певних професій, людей, що навчаються (навчальне вигоряння), батьків (відсутність підтримки, догляд за дітьми, депривація сну), волонтерів, активістів, людей, на яких чиниться високий соціальний тиск (критика, страх засудження, тривалий догляд за хворим родичем, безперервні вимоги чи конфлікти в сім’ї, вимушена міграція в іншу країну). Дослідження вигоряння дає можливість виявити ранні ознаки його прояву, розробити відповідні заходи, спрямовані на запобігання розвитку емоційного вигорання ще до того, як воно стане вираженим. Тобто створення умов, за яких воно виникає набагато рідше або розвивається значно повільніше: зміни в робочому середовищі, профілактика міжособистісних конфліктів, поліпшення умов праці, раннє виявлення співробітників групи ризику, регулярний моніторинг (анонімне опитування) рівня стресу та вигоряння, аналіз джерел стресу на роботі.
