Purpose and Objectives

“Forensic Science” publishes articles devoted to criminalistics, methods and techniques of forensic examinations, application of specific knowledge in legal proceedings and investigative practice, statutory support of forensic activities under European integration and covers other relevant issues of expert support of justice.

The journal aims to present the findings of scholarly and dissertation research in forensic science, criminalistics, and related sciences.

The purpose determines key objectives:

• promote the creation of an open information environment ensuring interaction between leading experts and young scientists in the field of forensic science and criminalistics;
• promotion and exchange of experience in the field of legal science and training of personnel of forensic institutions.
